Ballroom Workout! Join Boris and Ervis of the West Hartford Studio and learn how to exercise using the ballroom dances! All the dances in this course are designed to improve your balance, control, speed and rhythmicality. Each dance routine is explained in details, and later demonstrated to music – so you can either spend extra time learning the techniques, or go right away into workout. Dances available right now are: Waltz, Rumba, Cha cha, Bolero, Samba, and Swing. More to come so stay tuned.
