Chair Workout

You’d be surprised how good of a workout you can do even if you remained seated! This course has a 30 minute intermediate workout, however with increased repetition and weights it can turn into a challeging one! I recommend you to try it if you have limited range of motion, or if you need a different approach on your usual routine! Open to all ages and fitness level.
